Active8’s Becka Christian Named to Huntsville Business Journal’s 2026 Top 40 Under 40
We’re excited to share that Becka Christian, Chief Strategy Officer at Active8 Communications, has been named to the Huntsville Business Journal’s 2026 Top 40 Under 40.
The annual recognition highlights professionals who are making meaningful contributions to their organizations and communities across North Alabama. Becka joins an impressive group of leaders whose work is helping shape the future of the Huntsville region.
Since joining Active8, Becka has played a significant role in the agency’s growth and evolution. In her current role as Chief Strategy Officer, she guides business development efforts, leads high-level client partnerships, and helps organizations align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Over the past year, she has helped advance strategic planning efforts across the agency, supported the implementation of EOS, and led the development of the Active8 Marketing Acceler8tor, a new program designed to help businesses build practical, sustainable marketing strategies.
For Becka, the recognition reflects the people and experiences that have influenced her career.

Beyond her work at Active8, Becka serves on the Board of Directors for Downtown Rescue Mission and the finance committee for His Way Recovery Center. She is also active in C12 and regularly provides strategic guidance to local nonprofit organizations.
One of the qualities that stands out most about Becka is her ability to connect strategy with action. Whether she’s helping a client navigate a growth challenge, mentoring a team member, or evaluating a new opportunity, she brings thoughtful perspective and a steady approach to decision-making.
